After I had my son, I was exhausted all the time. Sometimes, all I had time to eat was a handful of peanuts and maybe a half of a sandwich. This pie is easy to make and, once it’s set, is a delightful treat when your worn out. Even a small piece is satisfying.
Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Pie
1 ready made graham cracker crust
1 8oz block cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 small tub whipped cream
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature. Add peanut butter. Mix till combined and smooth. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate. When solid eat and enjoy!
